Axis India Manufacturing Fund

Axis Mutual Fund has introduced a new type of share scheme that invests in manufacturing companies.

You can invest up to Rs.5 in this scheme till 15th of December. You can start the investment fund from a minimum of Rs.500.
Investments in a specific sector and thematic category carry a high degree of risk.

Also, as the fund raised in this scheme is invested entirely in equity markets, only investors with high risk appetite can consider joining this scheme.

Chola Zone Investment and Finance; New NCT scheme

Cholamandalam Investment Company non-convertible into shares. It plans to raise funds up to Rs 500 crore by issuing secured bonds.

The investment period of this scheme has been fixed from a minimum of two years to five years. The price per bond is fixed at Rs.1,000.

One can invest from a minimum of Rs 10,000. It is possible to get maximum interest of up to 8.5% on the investment made in this.

Motilal Oswal Small Cap Fund

Motilal Aswal Mutual Fund has introduced a new type of scheme that invests in small companies.

You can start investing in this scheme till 19th December. Investment can be made from a minimum of 500 rupees.

As this scheme also invests in small companies, it is also a high risk scheme. However, smallcap schemes are more likely to provide additional returns than other schemes in the long run. So only those who have fixed investment period of at least five years can consider joining this scheme.

DSP, Nifty Smallcap 250 Quality 50 Index Fund

DSP Mutual Fund has launched a passive portfolio of investments in Nifty Smallcap 250 Quality 50 Index.

Investments will be made in the top 50 small cap companies based on the company's ranking in this index. You can start investing in this scheme till 15th December. Investment can be made from a minimum of 100 rupees.

Being a passive type of scheme, the administration cost of this scheme is low. This is a high risk scheme as the fund raised in this scheme is invested in an index which consists entirely of smaller companies. So only investors with high risk appetite can consider joining this scheme.
